Welcome to Stoke High Schools Transition Page. If you are currently in Year 6, a parent of a Year 6 student or a year 5 thinking ahead, this page is for you. Here we will share news and updates of our visits to local primary schools, events, tours, key information for our new Year 6 cohort and offer the opportunity for you to get in contact with us here at Stoke High School, with any questions or queries you may have regarding the transition process.

See below for the Year 7 tutors

Stoke High School have signed up to Bookbuzz which means that our Year 6’s going into Year 7 can get a free book from Bookbuzz. There are 17 titles to choose from. Check out the website for more details. Our wonderful librarian can be contacted by email, [email protected]  who will be happy to assist in any questions. This will also be part of the Year 7 Library induction.
